Every Pet Adopted out @PGNE must have an adoption application and adoption contract filled out...

Health Gurantee:

ALL of our animals come with a 6 month health guarantee. This health guarantee covers all illnesses/deaths of our animals that are genetically linked. Our Hedgehogs come with a lifetime warranty against WHS (Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome) PGNE will require a necropsy (@ the animal owner's expense) to be preformed and report sent before honoring our health guarantee.   NO vet bills or expenses will be reimbursed. If condition results in the death of your animal we will provide a new pet that is equal or less than in price. 

Deposits:

ALL deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. An animal is not reserved until an adoption application is approved and a deposit is placed. Partial deposits do NOT reserve your pet. 

Returns:

PGNE does except returns, but we will not refund your money. It will be considered a surrender.  ALL surrenders could be kept or rehomed to new approved homes.
